A short post today. Less than a minute to read (the button tells me).
Recently, I was looking for something else when I stumbled on this recording of Gonzo C Garcia’s Chilean-Spanish translation of one of my poems from Ephemeris, my first book. I think Gonzo recorded it back in 2013 (?) when we were both teaching at the University of Kent and he was completing his PhD, the product of which, We Are The End, was published by Galley Beggar Press in 2017 and won him the Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year award.
I was about to post the translation, but honestly, I think Gonzo’s voice is enough on its own.
